Refund policy

Customers are welcome to return candles complete in their package if the scent isn’t up to satisfaction. We understand that you can’t smell a candle online!

Candle Refills must be fully intact with the woodwork and base.

Unfortunately, we are not able to pay for returns and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of the compostable packaging, we can accept returns that are shipped within one week of the candle being delivered.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
